The usage tracker is buggy.
I added an entry, then deleted it. Everything seemed okay at this point. Then I added another entry identical to the first except I checked the "With Porn" box. The list then contained two entries, both showing "With Porn" as "No".
It would be good if the usage tracker let you specify no toy or a custom toy.
It would be good if you could edit items previously added.

Fixed the issue with "With porn" showing as no.
