This Giveaway is sponsored by WhatToy ("Sponsor"), whattoy.com. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entry Requirements
Each user can earn entries via various methods of interaction with the website. All entries will be reviewed and any user caught cheating, manipulating their entries or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible or lost are void. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry will void all your entries and result in your disqualification. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit or any other social media website where this giveaway is promoted on. You are providing your information to WhatToy and not to any other legal entity. Participating in the giveaway confirms that the user agrees to the official rules of this Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. “Entry” shall mean and refer to a qualifying Online Entry. Participants need at least one (1) entry to participate in the contest.
Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open to registered users of WhatToy. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or age of majority in your state, at the time of entry. Participants must also be located in a state or region where the importation, sale, distribution and/or possession of sex toys is legal. As Participants are able to choose which Prize they would like to receive (detailed below), Participants must be located in a state, region or country which is eligible to receive packages/orders/shipments by the brand or store that sells or offers said Prize. If a winning participant who is located in a location that can not receive shipment of Prize, they forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected. Winner must have accepted the giveaway terms (by clicking the enter giveaway button on the giveaway page, once logged in). Employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliate of WhatToy, participating sponsors, their immediate families and household members are ineligible to participate.
Winner Selection
One (1) random drawing of three (3) entrants will be held on THE FIRST OF EVERY MONTH, starting the month following the Game-Start, up until Game-End, from among all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by direct message within the platform; by e-mail to their registered address linked to their WhatToy account; within 24 hours of the drawing. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes
All prizes awarded "as is". Monthly prizes will be valued each month. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged once prize claim verification has been conducted. One (1) prize package will be awarded to each of the three (3) winners: one product listed on WhatToy that has a retail value of under one hundread US dollars ($100), which the winner may choose. The winner must have had the chosen prize in their WhatToy wish-list at the time of winner selection, failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting their prize and another winner will be chosen at random. Winners have two (2) days to confirm and claim the prize of their choice. If a winner does not reply within that period they will forfeit their prize and another random winner will be chosen from all remaining entrants. It is the responsibility of the participant to monitor their messages and email, WhatToy will not take responsibility for any late or expired prize claims. No exceptions will be made. We recommend users that used a temporary email or unused email to create their account to change it to an active email address.
General Rules
Sweepstakes administration, winner selection and prize claim verification will be conducted by WhatToy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Return of any prize/prize notifications undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s sole determination the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including, but not limited to, fraud or force majaure or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. By entering this Sweepstakes, a participant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, their successors, estates and assigns and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers and employees, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all “costs”, which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majaeure.
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. If any provision of this Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This offer may not be reproduced, reprinted or published elsewhere in any format without the written permission of Sponsor.
Limitations of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, stolen, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, or postage-due entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction nor unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry materials by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Any person attempting to damage any website, defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
Winners List

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sponsor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the shipment of the prize(s). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the winner (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Privacy
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://whattoy.com/en/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfilment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
Stock
As the winner is able to choose the prize from a selection listed above under the Prizes section, it is possible that the chosen prize may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable in certain regions. If that is the case, the Winner will be able to decide if they would like to change their prize selection to something that is available, or wait for the product to become available again. If a product has been discontinued from production, Winner will have to select another prize, or receive a cash-equivalent substitution.
Exhange Rate
The maximum value that a prize may be is one-hundread United States Dollars ($100 USD). If Winner lives in a country that uses a different currency, the prize may not surpass the local currency equivalent of $100USD at the time of Winner Selection.
Recurring Winners
Only one (1) individual per household may enter or win the Giveaway indefinitely. A Winner will forfeit the chance to win any further giveaways on prize claim verification.
Waiver
All winners must sign a waiver before prize(s) are awarded.
WhatToy reserves the right to end a content or promotion at any time without any advance notice to the public.
WhatToy reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a content or drawing.
