The toy is incredibly convenient. Just break the seal, pop the cap off, and you are ready to go. It comes pre lubed, so there is absolutely no preparation needed aside from getting yourself excited. The toy has an hourglass shape which you definitely feel as you push yourself in. That pinch point really tightens up and it can require a bit of effort to push into. With it being a deep throat cup, I would assume they put that choke point (haha) to simulate pushing into a throat. So if you're looking for that nice squeeze that comes with it, not a bad choice. There is also the larger ultra size version which I would be curious to try since I don't always want such a tight squeeze.
The toy also has an air hole at the top meant to be covered with your finger so you can control the suction as you slide in and out of the toy. It can be a little finicky since sometimes it seems like its either all maximum suction, or nothing at all. Do take some time to play with it, as I'm sure there is a sweet spot thats best for each individual person.
