I have been trying off and on for a while to have a prostate orgasm. I have a vibrating toy that feels good but never got anywhere close. I recently got an Njoy metal wand thing that people have swore by and it is an entirely different feeling. I feel really good, and I'm leaking precum like a faucet like it literally pools in my hand. But even after 2 hours of play and I don't get there or feel anything but general pleasure. Is there anything I can do to put me over the edge, or is it just going to take more attempts until my body accommodates to that be a pleasure spot? How suddenly does it come on, will I feel it approach or will it happen spontaneously?

The 2 rules for prostate-o journey: Dont be discouraged and Just enjoy the journey, you're doing this for pleasure not 'release'.
For your question, depends on what your 'over the edge' means but for the Njoy pure wand user it's usually
1- Usual penile orgasm - from masturbating while pleasuring with the wand
2- Hands-free wet orgasm - which are milking : cum leaking out slowly like precum by continuously applying pressure on the prostate and "milk" it out.
and squirting: when shoot a mixture of precum and urine I recommend you use r/malesquirting on reddit for tips and trick on this topic
If you want a "penile orgasm" but hands-free it rarely can be achieved with the Njoy wand since it's usually done with dildo thrusting.
Tips for hands-free wet orgasm is avoid masturbating and build up that tank 😉 give your prostate a day or two between sessions to recover
3- Super- o: Your body shaking and trembling but no ejaculation. This is like everyone's goal for prostate play and usually happen when squirting with Njoy wand or you want to have minutes of super-o with no squirting then the aneros is the way to go but the journey will be harder since you cant control it like the wand.
This is just general info but everyone is unique, something hard for one can be super easy for you. Good luck on your journey!
