Very simply, a great toy. High quality material, and you're getting both anal stimulation and the benefits of a cock ring. Superb. I sometimes wish that the cock ring was two connected rings, so you didn't have to work as much to make sure you're getting circulation to both your cock and balls. But that's really the only con I can think of.
