Lube recommendation: If lubes are used, stick with water-based lubricants as the massage head is silicone. Silicone-based lubes may cause damage to the massage head. 

Cleaning and care: Before and after each use, the silicone head should be removed and cleaned with boiling water or a 10% bleach solution. It is also dishwasher safe. To clean the main body, gently wipe wand with a damp cloth.
